Return & Exchange Policy

•⁠  ⁠Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the order.
•⁠  ⁠Order inspection is available upon delivery
•⁠  ⁠Payment is available on delivery or before delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Worldwide shipping is available.
•⁠  ⁠For international shipping: inspection, return, and exchange are not available.
•⁠  ⁠If the product has any defects, you can return or exchange it with no extra shipping fees.

            ⁠• We ship worldwide directly from Egypt.                •Local shipping (inside Egypt) takes up to 7 days, except for remote areas.
•⁠ International shipping takes up to 15 days.
•⁠ Order inspection is available for Egypt only, and doorstep returns are available.

Orders cannot be opened or inspected upon delivery. Returns and exchanges are not available. Full payment is required before shipping. These terms apply to international orders only.
